Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The responsibility of return shipping costs is going to be yours and not ours. 

Refunds are usually processed quickly once the item has been returned and checked by our team. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This timescale is given as a maximum but gives us time to receive your item, check its state, process your refund and for you to receive your refund itself.

Please do not return items without notifying us prior to doing us explaining the reason why. Please login into your account and send us a message explaining what the problem is and will be happy to assist you as best as possible.

Once we have received notification that you do require to cancel the contract(in accordance with these terms), we will refund you the sum debited from your chosen method of payment that was used originally. Re-credits are applied as fast as possible but in the case where the products are not in the same mint condition that they were sent in(but are still sellable) you will be liable for a restocking fee which is 20%. You will also be liable for carriage charges incurred when returning the item to us.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept goods returned to us due to their condition, at our sole discretion.  In the event of items being returned to us for faults and subsequently a refund, and after being checked are not faulty and are just improper usage by the client, we reserve the right to charge for the transit costs.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
